Menopause Resource Series – Post 1: You’re Not Alone
Welcome to the first post in my Menopause Resource Series—a space I’ve created to help women feel informed, supported, and empowered through one of the most significant transitions in life.
For far too long, menopause has been treated like a taboo subject—spoken about in hushed tones, if at all. Many women feel confused, isolated, and unprepared for the changes that arise during this time. And that’s not okay.
Menopause is not a medical condition. It’s a natural, powerful transition, and it deserves to be met with understanding, compassion, and respect.
As a holistic counsellor and now a Certified Menopause Coach, I feel deeply called to be part of the change. To open the conversation, share evidence-based information, and offer the kind of support I wish all women had access to.
In this series, I’ll be gently guiding you through:
The different stages of menopause: perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause
What’s really happening with your hormones
Physical and emotional symptoms—and why they vary so much
The range of support options available: medical, natural, emotional, and lifestyle-based
How you can reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your vitality
This is not about fixing you.
This is about reclaiming your power and learning how to support yourself—mind, body, and spirit—as you navigate this transition.
Whether you’re already in the midst of menopause or just starting to notice changes, please know this: you are not alone. There is support. There are answers. And there is a path forward that can feel grounded, calm, and even liberating.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
With warmth,
